Curry is always an amazing choice with eggplant- I hope you enjoyed it! I love rotisserie chicken for that very reason- it makes a great meal the first time around, and can easily be re-purposed the second night!

I'm so sorry that it's taken me so long to reply! I'm afraid that I took a bit of a hiatus from the blog, but will be starting to post again soon. Generally speaking I'd say 8-9 pounds for 15 people. I hope that you tried and enjoyed it, and if not then that you will soon!

Sounds fabulous! I was also thinking about the veg I happen to have at home and was thinking curry - but that's what I always do and don't really want to eat curry on 30 degrees; although of course they do in India - duh! Anyway, I will try and have some cooked chicken leftover too, so will throw that on top. And let you know how it goes, of course... :>)

This looks AMAZING!
I am looking to make this for a crowd of about 15 people. How much meat do you think I will need? I was thinking close to 10lbs. do you have any suggestions on how to adjust the time for a larger (or more than one) peice of meat?
